Hi, We're two-thirds of the way through the legislative session, and the future of our state and our kids is still hanging in the balance.
Please join me next Wednesday for a special Children's Alliance briefing and strategy session via teleconference for members like you. I'll be providing a live presentation from Olympia. Just pick up the phone and join in.
Both the state Senate and House are expected to release their budget proposals next week. Wednesday will be an excellent time to get an update on what the budget proposals could mean for kids.
The Children's Alliance first teleconference legislative briefing in January received rave reviews from the more than 60 members who participated. I hope you'll join in for the next call on February 24th. You need to sign up to get the details and call in number.
